Balloon flight vouchers - 10% summer discount!
We offer four types of Balloon Flight Voucher and a Gift Token option.
- the Freedom Voucher is valid for booking onto all our scheduled flights including weekends
- the Weekday Voucher is restricted for booking onto our weekday flights only
- the Weekday Morning Voucher is restricted for booking onto our weekday morning flights only
- the Premium Voucher is valid for booking onto all our scheduled flights including weekends and includes a free in flight photograph and is fully refundable (subject to conditions)
- the Gift Token can be bought for any specified £ amount for the recipient to redeem against the purchase of one of our Flight Vouchers
Both our restricted vouchers may be upgraded at any time whilst valid for a non-refundable fee (currently £20 for one step or £40 for two step upgrade, per person).
All Flight Vouchers come with unrestricted anytime refund options and options to extend whilst the voucher remains valid and start date of your choosing so that they are as flexible as we can make them for you.
If you are booking a flight date, please ensure that the voucher is valid for that flight period and day of the week.

Please read our Terms and Conditions before you make a purchase and contact us should you wish to clarify any aspect. You will see here that all our flight vouchers are part refundable whilst they remain valid. We make them initially valid for one year from a date of your choosing. We will extend them free of charge if you have been unlucky enough to have been thwarted by unsuitable weather on 5 or more occasions in a year; otherwise, you may extend them for a fee of £30 per person per further year. If you are only likely to be available to fly for a short period on a visit, please contact us to discuss alternative preferential refund options.
You should also satisfy yourself that the voucher recipients are medically fit to undertake a balloon flight (see our advice on Health & Safety).
A flight date (see our Flight Schedules) can be booked at the time of flight voucher purchase or left open for the recipient to book.
Our flight vouchers are printed on A4 card and make excellent presents for Christmas, birthdays, weddings or anniversaries. They will come with our Brochure and a Passenger Information sheet and a receipt for the purchaser.
If you need a voucher urgently, then please telephone us but do have the necessary details (as requested on our Booking Forms) to hand and a phone number that we may call you back on if necessary.
Alba Ballooning is a member of Balloons over Britain enabling a flight voucher purchased with one member company to be used to fly with another. Thus, a flight voucher purchased with us can be used to fly with England based companies should you so wish. If you have a flight voucher with an England based company but would like to use it with us, then check to see if that company is a member.
If you put together a large enough group of people, it may be possible to fly local to you. Simply talk to us and we’ll try to accommodate you.
